About Blue Mountains Unique Small-Group Day Adventure With BBQ Lunch

Book Direct with the Owner at Blue Mountains Unique Small-Group Day Adventure With BBQ Lunch with Holiday Find in Sydney, for all your Attraction and travel needs.

This tour is organised and run by locals who have lived in the Blue Mountains all their life taking you to only the best places that can be fit in in a full day tour. This full day Blue Mountains tour is exactly that, we do not attend non relevant zoos, boats etc. Scenic World has also been removed from our itinerary as it wasn't well received by our customer base.

This adventure commences early from Sydney with a meet and greet at the pickup point. You then have a bit over an hour to acquaint yourself with the group on the bus ride heading to the outskirts of Sydney.

Once you hit the start of the Blue Mountains there is a quick stop at a local shopping village where you can have a quick toilet/food/drinks stop before heading all the way up to the amazing Three Sisters rock formations. After taking photos of the Three sisters and jaw dropping Jamison Valley we then take you on a bushwalk right up to the three sisters and even onto one of the rock formations.

We then progress further into the mountains to Wentworth Falls where your guide will take the group for a 90 min hike through the bush where you will see local fauna, bird life and see several waterfalls on your hike to the base of the immense Wentworth falls and even have a quick refreshing dip.

All that sightseeing makes people hungry so the group will relocate to a nearby area where we cook an authentic Aussie BBQ with veggies and kangaroo on the side (vegetarian/vegan options).

After lunch we continue the day of fun and head to a local and secluded waterhole where people can go swimming or lay around on the sand in the sun deep within the bush of the Blue Mountains. Then, you head off into the nearby National Park down a long dirt road to say hello to skippy the Kangaroo. This tour has had hundreds of 5 star reviews. We are a small and passionate option!

By now the day is getting on and we head back into Sydney with an approximate arrival time of 6:00pm. We often conclude our day together at the Central Sydney bar.

This was an amazing trip tons of fun! The drive was fun and Trent made it fun by having us play games along the way. Unfortunately it was foggy despite the weather being sunny and warm when we left Sydney but thats mother nature I guess. It was fun after that we all had drinks together. I would recommend for solo and friends traveling especially. Oh and the BBQ was great!

I went to the Blue mountains with the coastal warriors and had the best time from playing games in the van before we arrived to dipping in the river at the end the whole trip was amazing, met some lovley people and had some great food what more could you ask for😁 10 out 10 from me.

Me and my friends had the greatest day at the Blue Mountains with our awesome guide Trent. He showed us all the nice spots and made a delicious barbecue - both meat eaters and vegetarian friendly. He also quizzed us in some Aussie Slang and gave us plenty of Tim Tams to enjoy - what a nice guide!:)

Was a really nice experience, I enjoyed it a lot! Unfortunately we didn’t get to see the kangaroos, but that’s bad luck. Personally, I would have wished for a little bit more hiking and less time in the bus (e.g. sparing out the three sisters rock formation). But all in all we spent a great day out in the mountains with a very entertaining tour guide. A must do, if you want to get out of the city and enjoy a little bit of nature.

The Blue Mountains Day Adventure was recommended to me from a mate at my hostel and it did not disappoint. Coast Warriors is not your typical cookie cutter tour. And the BBQ was one of my favorite meals that I had in Sydney. If you're thinking about visiting the Blue Mountains while in Sydney, hands down go with this tour.

Trent is the man! You couldn’t ask for a more engaged and fun tour guide. He made the whole experience amazing! Great views, great lunch, and lots of fun! Be warned the hike can be a little challenging for those who aren’t in half decent shape.

We did this tour the first full day we were in Sydney. Trent was a great guide and was a fun guy to be around. I thought the lunch was great as well. I would highly recommend doing this trip if you're in the 18-40 range. When i went i was the one of the older people at 28.

If you are wanting to go the Blue Mountains from Sydney for a day trip, this is the tour you need to be on! Trent runs and excellent tour and cultivates a very fun atmosphere to meet other travelers. We not only saw all of the major Blue Mountains attractions such as the Three Sisters, but also some lesser known sights where we were the only tourists!
